Registration for this 9-session program is required, and it is free to all members of the Diocese of Missouri.

This program will begin with watching a video online beforehand, followed by discussion groups on Zoom. To learn more please email and register!

The facilitator is the Rev. Kevin McGrane, Missioner for Creation Care. For more information regarding the program and to register as a participant, email Rev. McGrane at kjpmcgrane@yahoo.com.

Please join the Diocese of Missouri Ministry of Gun Violence Prevention for an online book study. Together, we will be reading and discussing Michael W. Austin's
God and Guns in America
.

What if Christians did more than offer thoughts and prayers in response to gun violence?

Ethicist Michael Austin argues—from a biblical but non-pacifist perspective— that we can impose firearms restrictions to make our society safer and less fearful while still respecting the rights of gun owners. God and Guns in America is a thoughtful, measured, and articulate treatment of a polarizing topic that is too often treated with more heat than light."
