North St. Louis Tornado Recovery Ministry Clean-up Day

To kick off our new tornado recovery ministry and partner with the Fountain Park and Lewis Place neighborhoods, members of St Martin’s, Holy Communion, and the Cathedral picked recently participated in a neighborhood clean-up day.

We picked up debris in green spaces and hauled away several trailers full of assorted sticks and garbage. The rain chased us away after 2 hours, but not before we could connect with neighbors who told their stories about May 16.

Thank you Bill Scoopmire, Greg Andersen, and the indefatigable Lincoln Drake for your service and help making a difference. We are just beginning a series of opportunities such as these to help those in need - and to love our neighbors.
