For parishioners and volunteers, the schedule of events are as follows:

5:45: Vehicles arrive in parking lot to set up their Trunk or Treat displays

5:45: Entries for the Chili Cookoff arrive to set up and finalize their Chili/Stews.

6:00: Trunk or Treat and Scavenger Hunt begins

6:00: Chili Cook off taste testing begins

6:30: Crafts, games, kids activities in Park Hall

6:45: (not too) Spooky Story by Mother Leslie in Narthex

7:00 - 8:00: Bonfire and s'mores in the Memorial Garden

7:15 - 8:00: Wagon rides in the upper parking lot

7:50: Last call for taste testing & voting for Chili

8:00: Tallying begins for winners of Chili Cook off

8:15: Winners announced of Chili Cook off

8:30: Thank you and clean up
