Youth Christian Formation Ministries

Youth Ministries reaches out to all middle school and high school youth to provide a welcoming and accepting place for teens. We meet regularly to grow in our faith together through fun games, meals and fellowship, small-group discussion, overnight trips and retreats, service in the community and mission trips. Friends are always welcome to attend.

St. Martin’s is also participating in the Metro IV Youth Group, known as EYC (Episcopal Youth Community), which is a coordinated effort between our church; St. Peter’s Episcopal in Ladue; Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Town & Country; St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Creve Coeur and St. Francis Episcopal Church in Eureka. This group brings youth together from throughout the West County area for fun, faith and community service.

Confirmation Class

Confirmation is the rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop. It can be a powerful time of spiritual development, as we claim our faith & voice. Confirmation involves a period of study, reflection & prayer, and culminates in a conscious decision on the part of the teen to be confirmed.
