Youth Christian Formation Ministries

Youth Ministries reach out to all middle school and high school youth to provide a welcoming and accepting place for teens. We meet regularly to grow in our faith together through fun games, meals and fellowship, small-group discussion, overnight trips and retreats, service in the community and mission trips. In addition, each Sunday morning we provide Christian formation classes for both ages groups and an annual confirmation program for interested teens. Friends are always welcome to join.

For more information on any of our programs, please contact Youth Ministries Director Shannon Sirur.

Confirmation Class

Confirmation is the rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop. It can be a powerful time of spiritual development, as we claim our faith & voice. Confirmation involves a period of study, reflection & prayer, and culminates in a conscious decision on the part of the teen to be confirmed.

Information about the 2012-2013 Confirmation program will be announced soon.

Youth Group

St. Martin’s Youth Group invites middle school and high school students (and their friends) to take part in fun and faithful events throughout the year. The groups meet regularly every month to share a dinner, a short worship service and fun and games. We also come together for other social and service events outside of our church.

Check out the youth calendar of events for 2012-2013.

Please check our monthly newsletter and our Youth Ministries News Page for the latest youth group event listings.

College Outreach

Our college outreach committee keeps in touch with college-bound students, sending occasional notes and care packages throughout the school year.

If you would like to add a college student to our mailing list or help with this ministry, please contact Stephanie Wiles.
