Event Planning Form

By clicking on the link below you will be able to print out the Event Planning Form needed to get your group’s activity put on the church calendar. Please be as thorough as possible in filling out the event form. Once you have filled it in you may mail or drop it off to the church office. If you have scan capabilities at home or office you could also scan it in to your computer and email it to Janet at St. Martin’s: jtheiss@stmartinschurch.org

Now that you have completed your Event Planning Form don’t forget to make a plan for someone in your group to write an announcement for the website, i-Messages and the announcement sheet in the bulletin so everyone at St. Martin’s will know about your group’s activities.
