Bring your family, friends and neighbors to St. Martin’s for a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper.  St. Martin’s Student Ministries and St. Martin’s Men’s Group will prepare and serve a sweet dinner treat for all attending.

Join us Tuesday, Feb. 16, anytime between 5 and 8 p.m. Donations are not required, but happily accepted to cover the cost of food. Please let us know you’re coming by signing up in Park Hall.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I want to let you know that I am excited about starting this Sunday and look forward to meeting you at either the 8a.m. or 10:15a.m. service. I thank the whole congregation for your prayers for me and my family, Colleen and Abbey. We hope to see you as well at the luncheon immediately following the 10:15 service.

Please introduce yourself to us after the services or during the luncheon. I am pretty good with names but also appreciate your patience as I learn everybody’s name and connection to the parish.

As we prepare for the Sunday services I ask you to consider asking a friend to join you for this Sunday. New beginnings can be a good time to introduce someone you know to St. Martin’s. Please think about who might benefit from such an invitation.

May this Sunday be a special celebration of the good things God has done. I believe we have much to be thankful for and that this Sunday will be a grand party!

St. Martin’s Adult Christian Formation Committee is pleased to welcome Dr. Clint McCann to our Sunday Adult Classes in February.

Dr. McCann is an author and professor at Eden Seminary in St. Louis. He is a noted Biblical scholar, focusing on the Psalms.  We are fortunate to have him share his faith and his insight with us at St. Martin’s.

Our special presentation on the Psalms will be held Sunday, Feb. 7, 14 and 21 from 9 – 10 a.m. in the Upper Laird. Please join us for this wonderful opportunity!
